1. Your Health & Safety First

  • Consult your doctor: Please check with your doctor before starting yoga if you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions, especially if pregnant or have conditions like high blood pressure or heart problems.

  • Tell your teacher: Inform your instructor about any medical conditions or injuries before class starts. This helps me advise and offer safe modifications.

  • Listen to your body: Yoga involves physical activity with a risk of injury. You are responsible for your own wellbeing. If something doesn't feel right or causes pain, stop and rest immediately.

  • You assume the risk: You acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and accept responsibility for your health and safety during the class. 

2. Booking & Payment

  • Payment guarantees your spot: Your place in a class is confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Book in advance: Booking online ahead of time is highly recommended to secure your space

  • 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel on time: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 24 hours before class, your class credit will be returned to your account.

  • Late cancellations/No-shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, or if you do not show up, you will be charged for the class in full.

  • If I cancel: In the rare event that I have to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or a credit to use for another class. 

4. Personal Belongings

  • I am not responsible: While I take reasonable precautions, I am not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while on the premises. 

5. Studio Rules

  • Arrive early: Please arrive a few minutes before class starts to settle in.

  • No recordings: Please do not make any audio or visual recordings of the classes without my permission.
